Rent Payments: Rent will be accepted in cash, money orders, check, Paypal (*include 5% convience fee) or direct pay. Rent may be deposited at the office location, drop slot on the side of the building, or mailed.

**Rent payments postmarked by the 3rd of the month will not be assessed any late charges.  Use the post office as your convient nationwide drop box.**
